AlEkhlas Private School: Responsible for GFA and BUA calculations, window types and general details of the school and assisted in working towards Estidama 2 pearl approval.

Designed bird watch spaces for visitors as a birds observatory without disturbing the wildlife using wood as the primary material supported by steel connections in order to blend into the surrounding. The space has window-like openings that are designed to be used by both adults and children to watch birds safely. Estidama pearl building rating: Achieved 1 pearl design approval for the following projects: Corniche Residential Tower, Rawdhat AlTayer Mixed-use Building and Central Park AlReem Island Residential Tower.
Dar Al Jewar Villas, KSA: Developed villa plans, elevations and incorporated client’s comments during the schematic design stage. H.H. Sheikh Sultan Marina Villa: Created villa floor plans with landscaping and incorporated the requirements of the electrical and mechanical team during the concept design stage.
Dhahiat Sumou Master Plan, KSA: Developed detailed presentation for the client UPC Concept design: Prepared the submission report and obtained approval for the following projects: C13 Shams AlReem Island Residential Tower and C14 Shams AlReem Island Mixed-Use Tower.
Speciality reports: Prepared and submitted (Shading & Waste management) to AlDar for C13 Shams Residential Tower and C14 Shams Mixed-Use Tower.
