Correctly label product so that label can be seen on the outside of the pallet

Use a headset (pick sheet) to find out individual items inside warehouse

Recognize each pallet by route number and batch number

Carry out pre-shift checks of equipment

Perform vehicle safety inspections visually and operationally

Report any insecure vehicles to shift supervisor or maintenance staff

Ensure items pick accurately and safely to prevent damage

Maintain a sanitary and safe work environment

FLOOR SELECTOR PUBLIX DISTRIBUTION CENTER JULY 2004 – AUGUST 2019

·As a Warehouse Selectors I pull products ordered by Publix stores from center racks and place them onto pallets. Wrap finished orders and move them to the dock area using a motorized pallet jack where they will be placed on a truck for delivery. Use headsets, which tell Selectors which products have been ordered and where they are located in the warehouse. Awarded for 8 years having an accident free reports.
