Develop the Design, Budget and Schedule ( DBS ) for new projects. Playing a key role in Project coordination and Project Planning.

Conducting the Design review with Designers and customers for upcoming projects.

Develop Bil of Materials (BOM), working Budget, schedule and assist Manager in Cost Management. Attach and coordinate with suppliers/subcontractors on cost estimates for Quotations.

Assist customers, attend the work coordination meetings and resolve technical matters in complex designs for systems in 3D Cad tools.

Overview the design of the AC, DC circuits, trouble-shooting on hard wirings and Failure Analysis on control systems.

Design Flow Schematic for piping route on the machines and coordinate the piping installation such as Obiter welding Stainless steel pipes/tubes, PVFA pipes and compression fittings installation.

Working with single and multi stage cleaning machines for local and overseas customers such as Seagate, Turbine overhaul service, Hamilton Sundstrand, AMD and etc.

Assist Process Engineers on selection of cleaning medium such as Solvent, Alkaline, Acid and etc. Perform the side testing, commissioning and complete Side Acceptance Test (SAT).

Study on customer 2D product drawing and view into 3D drawing by using AutoCAD and Spin fire. Perform the line set-up front end and back end for assembly process. Design the process layout, process flow and Work Instruction using Coral draw software for assembly process.

Prepare the Bil Of Material ( BOM ) and costing for new products introduction. Well versed with BAAN software for BOM setup.
