●Experience in Assembling & Disassembling Of (API 6A) Wellhead Equipment like gate valve & choke valve assembly, spool assembly, LMV, Tree assembly etc.,

●Controlling and maintain all assembling & testing documents.

Roles and Responsibilities:

●Performing hydro tests and gas tests of the various wellheads items such as gate valves, Christmas trees, actuators gate valves, tubing heads, casing heads, chock valves, lubricators, lower master valves etc.

●Testing for low pressure and high-pressure valves, (seats and body test) as per standard. Internal Inspection, spare replacement, lapping of contact surfaces, replacing of packing’s and gaskets, suitable for services.

●Assembling and disassembling gate valves, actuators, tubing spool, TBG &CSG hangers, casing spool, bonnets, chokes, Christmas trees etc...

●Trace data sheet control while assembling and disassembling.

●Torqueing the flange connections, bonnet nuts, outlet studs etc. as per procedures mentioned and in job routings.

●Recordings and keeping tested data safe and perform the daily work move transaction.

●Greasing the wellhead items and making them ready for the dispatch.

●Arranging different wellhead equipment on right places by using overhead cranes.

●Practicing six sigma and good housekeeping system and encouraging others to practice the same.

●Raising and submitting concern reports on various safety issues to Team Leader/Cell Leader and suggesting the corrective actions.

●Performing tasks in accordance with established quality and safety standards

●Supervision/Overhauling, lapping, assembling and testing of safety relief valve. Pre - testing, stripping, internal inspection check disk, nozzle dimension, lapping, polishing, check surface flatness, assembly and testing of seat tightness and back pressure test.
