Currently working with M/s Mehru Electrical and Mechanical Engineers pvt. ltd.since Aug 2016.

COMPANY PROFILE

MEHRU established in the year 1997, is an ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 certified company, manufacturing Instrument Transformers upto 420KV.

JOB RESPONSBILITY:

Being In charge of Internal process duties are as follows-

Testing of Transformers in Internal process lab with Comparison method like-

• Check the Resistance of cores used in and measure the RCT.

• Check the composite error.

• Check the Instrument security factor

• Check the Knee point voltage and leakage current.

• Test the OVIT.

• Perform the Accuracy Test (Check the Ratio Error and Phase Error) in accordance with

Different national and international standards like IS (2705-1992),IEC(61869).

• Test the polarity of the cores with the help of Automatic current transformer test set and C.T. analyser (OMICRON).

. Check samples before commencement of production.

Apart from this I work in final testing also like –

High voltage test.

Tan delta and capacitance test.

Partial discharge test.

PAST EXPERIENCE:-

Worked as Factory in charge since Apr-2014 to May-2015 in Radius Synergies private limited.Company is part of Radius Group of Companies.

The ISO 9001:2008 multifaceted family of companies, established in 1994.Company manufacturer of Electric panels like Meter panel, Adopter panel, rising mains etc.

TRAINING :-

I have worked for a month in Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited as part of my summer training. It was a great training/ learning experience on “ Power Transmission & Distribution”
