Whistler Pipeline, TX - WhiteWater Midstream: Document Controls Specialist on 512 miles of natural gas pipeline in TX (450 miles of 42-inch mainline plus laterals). Responsibilities include data/document management, team coordination/correspondence, managed invoices/purchase orders, issuing transmittals, maintaining transmittal log, tracking action items and cross-referenced engineering deliverables, maintaining risk register, participated in internal and external project meetings, establishing filing procedures and document organization.
BANGL Pipeline, TX - WhiteWater Midstream: Document Controls Specialist on early stages of project consisting of 635 miles of 24-inch natural gas liquid pipeline and pump stations in TX. Responsible for data/document management of Right-of-Way (ROW) and survey documentation, including parcel tracts, line lists, APNs, vesting deeds, survey permission forms, titles, record lines for abstractors, tax cards, acquisitions, and other related documentation. Performed QA/QC and coordinated with project team and stakeholders.
Tornado Lateral, TX - WhiteWater Midstream: Document Controls Specialist on 20 miles of 10-inch natural gas liquid pipeline and interconnects in TX. Responsible for data/document management of project documentation,
QA/QC and correspondence with team members.
LEAP Pipeline Project, LA - Momentum Midstream: Document Controls Specialist for project consisting of 150 miles of 36-inch natural gas midstream pipeline and facilities in LA. Responsible for organizing and implementing procedures for data/document management for Right-of-Way (ROW)/SmartInsights and survey documentation, including parcel tracts, line lists, APNs, vesting deeds, limited title certificates, survey permission forms, titles, record lines for abstractors, tax cards, acquisitions, and other related documentation.
