Job Role & Responsibilities

·Zone control meeting-line status (previous shift -safety, quality, maintenance, part number, quantity).

·Zone control meeting-line plan (production quantity and man power planning ).

·Priodic production check (production plan Vs actual, breakdowns,other time losses, troubleshooting, quality issues, material availability,5S.

·Line sequence planning for next 24 hours.

·Check line FG status,order closure status and returned materials status.

·Zone control review (Review data updation, analyze, prioritized problems, documents root cause analysis, take corrective actions, standardize solutions).

·Improvement activities.

·5S audit and observation action.

·Zone control review (escalate chronic issues to next level ).

·Check tool cart status for next shift.

·Shift report updation.

·Zone control meeting-line status communication to next shift (safety, quality, maintenance, part number and quantity).

·Send shift report and scan PDCA hardcopy.

·Weekly report preparation.

·Monthly report preparation.

·Zone control board formats replenishment
