Review any alternatives to the Design concept submitted by the Contractor. Prepare and submit a report including recommendation to Engineering Manager highlighting advantages and disadvantages of each alternative.

Review Tender Documents to ensure completeness prior to issuing to Bidders.

Review and reply to bidders clarifications, participate in issuing bulletins and attending Technical Meetings with bidders during Tender stage.

Participate in the pre-qualification of the construction contractors.

Review the change requests / variations submitted by the Contractor.

Review and approve contractor’s Interim Payment Application according to their site accomplishment and as per agreed in contract.
