Working as a Drilling Fluids Engineer whose main Tasks are:
• Building, controlling and Treating the drilling fluids while drilling.
• Testing the drilling fluids samples for eventual treatments.
• Maintain fluid properties
• Familiar with drilling fluids, the mud materials properties, mixing order, treatment when having problems
• Maintain the mud and material inventory at customer well site
• Simulating virtual hydraulics runs for the customer and recommend adjustments in drilling parameters accordingly
Different types of drilling fluids used, such as:
• Spud Mud
• KCl Polymer Mud (including HPHT Wells' products).
• Emulsified KCl Polymer Mud.
• OBM mud (Diesel) versadrill, versapro
• Ultra-Dill (WBM)
• Different types of brine such as: CaCl2, NaCl, CaBr2, NaBr.
Worked in All types of Drilling rigs: Exploration, Development. Workover.
Working with different client Sonatrach company, FCP, Eni Saipem in Algeria
Providing a daily reporting system to operator, illustrating fluids operation, tests and sales
Solid Control and Waste Management Engineer
Rig up solid control and waste management equipment (centrifuge, Verti-G and mechanical conveyors)
Hook up electrical and mechanical connection with the accordance with standards.
Perform the job testing as densities, retort and all the required calculation
Inspect, test, service and repair equipment to ensure the good working condition
Rig paper work (service ticket, daily report )
TPS project, cutting treatment with thermal phase separation unit
Rig up the unit in accordance with the electrical and mechanical drawings.
Optimize the process of cutting treatment and perform the different tests (TPH, retort) with the accordance of client requirements
