Organizing Employee initiation weeks to welcome them to the firm and educate them about the policies.
Monitor timely update of personnel records (personal details, position, salary, appraisal outcomes, leave records, training and awards).
Payroll & Compensation:
Handling payroll of all employees
Dealing with employees joining formalities by issuing Offer Letter, Appointment Letters, Relieving Letters, Confirmation Letters, Extension Letters, Experience certificates.
Responsible for Time attendance, Leave Management for the payroll
Coordinating with the bank to opening a Salary accounts for new joiners
Scheduling Exit Interviews and handling the queries related to Full & Final Settlement of salary Produce and submit the payroll journal and the Headcount report to Finance Department on a monthly basis
Statutory Compliance:
PF - UAN creation & activation, ESI Number creation
Training & development:
Conducting Induction/Orientation Programme for new joiners.
Identifying and establishing trainings needs of various departments.
Measuring the effectiveness of training programs.
General Administration:
Organizing the Company Annual party by arranging party halls, DJ, Event management etc.
Coordinating vendor payments, recommending best vendors or suppliers after comparing the quotations and negotiations.
