Key Responsibilities:
Monitors competition by gathering information on other products, prices, positioning, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, point of sale promotion materials. Recommends changes in products, services, and policies to Commercial Manager.
Working with Commercial Manager, uses sales data and account information to accurately forecast sales, and provides this information to Manufacturing in a timely manner so that production outputs meet sales requirements.
Set sales and marketing targets in line with Annual Business Plan (ABP) expectations and monitor performance thereon.
Ensure sales force is adequately motivated and has the capability to deliver assigned volumes.
Ensure company image is protected and enhanced in all sales and marketing activities carried out within assigned territory.
Ensure that planned volume support programs and other marketing activities are effectively and efficiently implemented.
Periodical performance reviews for monthly and annually (Cross organization Boundary and reinforcing Alignment) COBRA
Runs the budget of the depot; includes ensuring that optimum budget spend
Liaise with Marketing Department to ensure that necessary Marketing activities are carried out to support Commercial function.
