Responsible for holding all scrum ceremonies like daily scrum,sprint planning,sprint retrospective,backlog grooming.Removing any impediment in the team,discussing with whole team how to improve processes and overall creating a healthy collaborative,transparent environment in the team.

Actively participate in backlog grooming with product owner. Approach team members to discuss impediments and how to resolve those in stand-ups. •Directed and mentored QA/triaging team of 10 in dependent products of RDBMS and team of 5 in full db release/patch set testing on z-Linux platform.

work, tracking weekly progress and reporting to senior management, preparing release notes and signing off.

•Certification was done in such effective manner that not a single bug from customer was reported on above flavors in recent past.5 years back certification flavors were not this much stable.

•Led Canon’s EBinder team of 4 members to create software development kit (SDK) used by applications to edit PDF file content.

•Managed modules for manipulating wide variety of annotation types, such as Text, Link, Free Text, Line, Square, Circle, Highlight, Underline, Strikeout, Stamp, Ink, Popup, File Attachments, Sound, Movie, Widget, etc.

•Orchestrated software quality assurance (SQA) and release management for the module. Product quality was comparable with Adobe’s PDF viewer, to reach this point with a small team is a huge success.

Project Name: Development of PDF viewer

•Devised SDK for use by various applications to draw PDF files on display or printing devices.

•Designed and implemented functions for rendering texts in various fonts, which involved development/execution of appropriate routines using Windows GDI to draw PDF constructs.

•Created thread-safe library and worked onsite at company’s Tokyo office for ~3 months.

•Developed library serving as part of PDF printer drivers and providing functions to translate GDI commands to equivalent PDF commands, allowing a printed document to be written as a PDF file (instead of PostScript). Wrote platform-independent libraries in C and tested on Linux/Windows.

•Implemented functions for line and character drawing, font embedding, and content stream compression alongside team of 4.

Project Name: Enhancement of InterSep OPI, a pre-press software

•Added DCS2.0 image format support to product that converted high-resolution images to low-resolution images .While editing images in application like Quark express, Low resolution reduces network traffic due to less size, on the contrary when it gets printed on the printer,it will be merged as per high resolution image for better quality. Product was supporting many other image formats like tiff, eps etc. I developed the module which could support dcs file format in the same fashion it supports other images. Task was to study dcs file format and existing module in detail and to create new module.
