Designed Benefits Open enrollment and took from paper to electronic system. Made all new hire documents for New Hire Open Enrollment automated for better compliance and ease of use. This includes maintenance and any upgrades each year for Open Enrollment.

Designed Affordable Care Act automation in Peoplesoft for compliance with federal laws. This included setting up screens, automating it within the new hire paperwork, setting up reporting, preparing the annual print forms and submission to IRS, working bugs fixes and working with other departments to finalize processing.

Automated 75+ SQR reports into one report that generated all the results. Then created an email program to send out results.

Served as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on major projects like Fidelity transition. This required travel and setting up new reports and gaining approval from team members to change old processes to new, updated processes to make the transition go much smoother.
