● Preparation of Control Budget for all Supply, Erection, Civil Works including establishment cost, Overheads etc. (Substation/ Transmission Line) after award of Contract and getting Management Approval.
● Coordinating with HR team for Site mobilization, statutory documents etc.
● In Close Coordination with Design and Customer for Drawing approvals.
● Coordinate with Vendors/ Contractor and engineering Dept/ consultants to freeze technical point & scope of work.
● Negotiating with vendors/ Contractors to close commercial terms & condition & price for packages/items.
● Preparation of detailed comparative statement along with Purchase/ Service Proposal & forward to management for approval as per company policy.
● Issuing Purchase order / Service Order based on purchase requisition raised by Engineering/ Projects.
● Vendor/ Client Co-ordination for Drawings receipt and Approval.
● Coordinating with Vendor and Customer and arranging for Inspection.
● Coordinating with Customer for obtaining Dispatch Clearance in order to deliver the goods.
● Visiting Vendor premises for material inspection and for Vendor development.
● Visiting Site for Contract finalization/ review meeting for smooth execution and timely completion of Project.
● Handled the Entire Budget of the Project i.e for Procurement and Execution.
● Follow up with vendor, finance, Site to ensure smooth Supply Chain Management.

● Arriving BOQs for the Electrical items based on the client's tentative drawings and proposal made for bidding.
