PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE :-

EMPLOYER: - EMIRATES NEON LLC (ENG), SHARJAH, UAE, (From Nov 2004 to Sep 2009) Position: - Production Engineer (Signage & Advertising Company) Responsibilities Handled:

Reviewing the work order received from planning dept and understands the complete scope of work. Make necessary corrections if any in Scheduling, BOQ, Design, shop drawing related issues.

To initiate MR note to procure required materials from store and ensure all the materials made available prior to fabrication start.

To follow up with various in house production stages such as fabrication (Steel &Alum),CNC Router, Water jet, Plastic/Acrylic, Painting, Electrical & Assembly, Vinyl Graphics, Flex face Tensioning, Digital printing departments .

To Handle 5 to 6 departments of around 50 to 60 workforce, regularly assigning them the work, area, machineries and materials required to do the job.

To arrange for stage wise/Final quality inspection of the job in coordination with QA/QC engineer.

To inform the site team for installation, once the job is ready in house and providing them all the necessary materials and support to ease site activity.

To attend site visits if necessary for complex projects like rooftops, Bridge Banners, Unipoles, Building wraps, Scaffolding Banners, Pylons/Totems etc to provide necessary support to installation team.

Coordinating with sub contractors for outsourcing jobs like Nickel/Chrome coating, Powder coat, Galvanize. Ensure the quality is maintained with the timely delivery.

To close out the work order after completion of the complete project and ensure the total actual cost is under the estimated budget.

To analyze, implement new working methodologies, techniques, procedures to increase the productivity with time reduction, Quality improvement etc.

Ensure the machines, equipments, tools have been properly maintained inside the workshop, arrange to make regular checkups and preventive maintenance for the same.

To ensure all the safety precautions been understood and followed by the work force at all times in the plant.

To take care of all the issues related to workmen in co-ordination with respective departments.

Responsibilities Handled:

Reviewing enquiries received from client, identify & proposing the suitable products as per our standard product range.

To coordinate with local suppliers for market rate of raw material such as Ballast, Dimmers, Reflector, Diffuser and many other lighting components.

To prepare and submit Sales Quotation against the enquiries received to sales after TM approval.

Providing technical submittals of the luminaires, MSDS, Competency reports, lighting calculations graph to sales/client approval.

Follow up with sales team for quotations submitted on daily basis.

To co-ordinate with design team for non standard product to customize as per client requirement.

To generate and issue sales order to production line after confirmation with sales.

To issue MR notification to Purchase/Stores dept for raw materials procurement.

Co-ordination with production line for daily progress and stage wise quality inspection with QC team.

To outsourcing of product to suppliers from Chinese and other European markets for complex requirements such as Landscape lighting, Bulkhead/ Wall lighting, Street /High Bay lighting, LED luminaires, wraparound, etc.

Providing all kinds of technical support to sales team at any given point of time.

To assist and maintain product portfolio activity like adding new product, product code generation, preparing technical reports, deleting obsolete product etc.

EMPLOYER: - E-TECH ELECTRO MECHANICAL WORKS LCC, DUBAI-UAE, (From Nov 20111 to Nov 2017), (MEP Contracting Company).

Position: - Project Engineer.

Responsibilities Handled:

To prepare the method statement, risk analysis, safety precautions checklist etc prior to job start

To arrange for permit to work (PTW) along with MSR and arrange to get approval from client.

To arrange for site survey prior execution and clear all the complications, requirements along with client

Responsible to execute the site activities (erection, Testing & commissioning) up to handover to client.

To give Tool box talks (TBT) to the working crew before starting the job daily.

To ensure all the site works is been carried out as per the drawing, MSRA and the quality is been maintained to meet the client requirement.

Responsible to achieve the target set in site activity progress on daily basis.

To coordinate with sub contractors for other related works like civil grouting, electrical, instrumentation, scaffolds, Cranes etc.

To Ensure the safety precautions been maintained in site activities at all times such as Hot works, Working at height, Confined space activity, Heavy lifting, Material handling etc.

Responsible to report the site progress to PM on daily basis. Experience 4
