Perform daily inspection and maintenance and repairs of the 500s-8, BAK-14 and BAK-12 systems under the supervision of Royal Saudi Airforce (RSAF).

Working on Mobile Aircraft Arresting System(MAAS) Installation/Removal.

Working on Energy Absorber System i.e Braking system, Rewind system, Absorber Base system.

Provide the 500s, BAK-14 and BAK-12, daily, weekly, and monthly 90 days and 180 days maintenance schedules that meet or exceed all manufacturer’s specifications and/or military Technical Orders.

Inspect equipment for malfunctions.

Operation and Maintenance of Hook Cable Arresting Gear System.

Maintain consumption and production record.

Oils, greases and adjusts machinery and equipment and makes minor repairs.

Assist technicians according to the equipment.

Maintain inventory lists and requisition supplies, materials and repair parts.

Make reports for defects and recommends improvements, alterations and repairs.

Perform documentation and report writing and submitting to Air Traffic Control (ATC).

Knowledge of safe work practices and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Perform other qualified duties as assigned

Project: Electromechanical & Electrical installation at KAFD Riyadh.

Position: Electrical Site Engineer (Feb 2015 to Mar 2016)

Lead and execute all project activities within the assign time frame.

Coordinates with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.

Installation, Testing & Commissioning, Maintenance of Electrical Panels (MV, LV, Tunnel Exhaust Fan, Tunnel Ventilation Fan), Transformers, Diesel Generator Set, ATS, UPS & SCADA UPS Integration with all other special system in coordination with mechanical equipment’s.

Installation of Electrical Earthing / bonding protection and lighting protection systems

Installation of Containments for different services (Lighting, Small Power, Fire Alarm, Signaling system) in Metro Tunnel.

Ensure that all site activities are carried out according to reference documentation for parts of the plant within the area of responsibility; authorize their acceptance at quality control completion.

Installation of Cable Tray, Trunking, Ladders & Basket for the Different services like ELSP, NLSP, fire Alarm, BACS, Lighting Control according to the drawing

Implementation of the project's Safety quality and safety plans and ensure the safety of personnel sand property.

QA/QC Inspection, Testing & Commissioning of the Equipment of Electrical & HVAC Systems.

Review /Handled submission of ITP, Method Statement, Testing Procedures and Forms submitted by the subcontractor to ensure conformity with the project specification prior submission to the Consultant for final review and approval.

Supervise and witness inspections, check reports and documentation issued by Subcontractors’ inspectors.

Identifying the contract scope of work, reading tender/design specifications / technical drawings, and preparing design construction documents and material submittals for client approval.

Attend project, site progress and any electrical services related technical meetings & Workshop as directed by the project manager.

Preparation of as Built & Red Lines drawings after completion of the projects.

Execute safety programs for locations and minimize company safety losses.

Develop a culture to anticipate and prevent health hazardous conditions.

Drive behaviors preventing illnesses in work place by engaging management commitment.

Interpret legal requirements and standards by monitoring R&D projects.

Deploy Automation and Controls Solutions Health, Safety and Environmental Management Systems program.

Investigate incidents, determine root cause and develop corrective actions.

Support HSE inspections, audits and self-assessments.

Manage reports and present summaries to management with suggested solutions.

Execute environmental management processes such as chemicals and waste management and pollution prevention.
