September 2018- Till Now : Microtunneling Operator/ Supervisor in RHSC

(Saudi Arabia)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Operation and Maintenance of Micro Tunneling machine (AVN/1200/2400/3000) diameter HERRENKNECHT (German Tunneling), Jacking frame technique with slurry line.

Mechanical Maintenance and troubleshooting of WAGO PLC.

Plans the execution of all Mechanical related works and coordinates the works to mechanical and civil groups.

Arranging all mechanical rotary equipment’s like Bentonite machine, Control Room, Separator, Generator, Push ring, Feed Slurry and Bentonite pump.

Site setup and supervision the team.

Handling Manpower, Shift activity resources reports.

Jacking Frame set up for AVN, 1200, 2400.

Entrance Seal set up as survivor marking.

Laser Setting as per operating manual.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Ordering the required material as per specifications.

We successfully completed the drives for Sewer projects, ISF camp, N- Road corridor P059,as per contract with TEKFEN, Al JABAR MAKLOUF, CAT- BOOM, MUHIBBAH,BOOM CONSTRUCTION, NICC,CCC Etc.
