EXPERIENCE

2019-Present PennEngineering (primary hardware supplier for Data Center Providers) San Jose, CA Senior Account Manager (Managing hardware supply for data center providers such as Cisco and Google, estimated annual sales revenue US$6 M)

● Engage closely with mechanical engineers and commodity managers on product development

(NPI/DVT/Pilot builds) and sourcing strategies for Networking, Servers, Switches, and Routers products.

● Lead R&D, sales, and operation teams to prepare product specs, testing samples, and production schedules.

● Provide quotations to engineers; review allocation (project award list) with Asia teams and CMs in Asia.

● Prepare cost-competitive quotation and quarterly price reduction plan to GSM and commodity manager.

● Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and CMs (Foxconn and Flextronics) to provide project updates, solve quality issues, EOL, and global sourcing strategies per project timeline and requirement. 2006-2007 DELL (Taiwan) B.V. – Regional Office of Dell Inc.
