Database

Fish Oil Chemical Database (FOCDB) is an open repository for experimental data identifying the activities of small molecules. FOCDB contents include more than 50 chemical component detail information about Chemical name, Drug name Molcular formula, Molecular weight and literature information about the component, title of the paper, Author, source. Data of Fish oil chemical database information collected from the GCMS report. The literature sources collected different central respiratory biomedical literature such as Pubmed, ScienceDirect, Blackwell Synergy, Scirus, IngentaConnect, Springerlink, Biomed Central. The quality of the data and cross veri cation done by PubChem database. database will be periodically updated by including new molecular information.

miRNAs and Genes Database

Coronary Artery Disease Associated Complications of miRNAs and Genes Database (CadAComG) is a gene and miRNA atlas containing curated and integrated information involved in progression of CAD and its associated complications. Our major objective is to nd the genes and miRNAs from available literature data using R package. To extract genes and miRNAs from available literature automated text mining approach is performed using pubmed.mineR package. This is followed by manual curation to remove false occurrences. These are data incorporated to systems biology approach that is differential gene expression analysis was done for identifying dysregulated expressed gene.
