Hired to start, grow and manage an internal recruitment team to ensure high volume, high quality hiring for InBloom. Tasked with brining in over 250 new staff members in 6 months. Hired and managed a team of 5 recruiters, onsite and remote. Set up processes and procedures to allow us to achieve the goal. Managed $1 million department budget. Managed job board and ATS spend and contracts.
As a corporate recruiter this high-volume recruiting role involved sourcing, interviewing and ultimately employing candidates for all areas of the business mainly in the behavioral, mental health and laboratory space, with a mandate to improve the caliber of staff and skills employed throughout the group and eliminate the amount of time spent by other staff in the recruitment process. At the same time as EVP of VIA recruiters, source, employ, manage and mentor 4 full desk recruitment consultants in a niche full function recruitment agency that specialized in the behavioral health and lab recruitment space.

The role involved finding the highest caliber staff for 2 companies across all divisions and all roles. This is done via traditional and non-traditional methods including but not limited to Google+, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, GitHub, Entelo, blogs and Boolean search to find outstanding staff.
Recruited 136 staff members in the 1st year.
Raised the caliber of staff and productivity across all departments.
Full life cycle technical recruitment function in a fast-paced environment. Responsible for bringing in both new clients and candidates and placing candidates into various client vacancies.
