Work Description:

Carry out site inspection on complete work with MEP coordinator & Consultant in accordance with the approved shops drawing.

Perform work inspection with Qa/Qc, MEP coordinator and Consultant and preparation of work inspection Request (WIR) for approval.

Coordinates with the different trades and specialty contractors regarding interfacing work involving electrical & Low currents systems.

Attends coordination meetings with the sub-contractor and different trades of work.

Prepares Technical material, technical queries, samples & drawing submittals for consultants approval.

Evaluates monthly progress billing reports.

Preparation of material request in conformity to the project requirements.

Execute testing & Commissioning of final DB, MDB, Meter cabinet & LV panel.

Prepare/facilitates As-build drawing and O&M manuals for handing over. Prepare drawings

& documents necessary, submit and obtain Local Authority approval (ADDC, Etisalat, Civil defense).

Execution of MEP system such as fire fighting, NOVEC, LPG line and plumbing system

(sanitary system, Drainage system, Water supply line and sanitary fixtures) on site.

Check shop drawings, Coordination and specifications of the project to insure the result indicated are being achieved well.

Prepare the quantities for the invoice.

Manpower handling and job assignment.

Coordination with other contractors and building contractors for smooth operation on site. Attending site meetings concerning the progress of work. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION
