EXPERIENCE
Intern, Los Angeles Megacities Carbon Project Mar 2020 – Present Internship with Prof. Ralph Keeling and Dr. Jooil Kim Scripps Institution of Oceanography, University of California San Diego – La Jolla, CA
• Analysis of greenhouse gas measurement from Los Angeles Megacities Carbon Project, including estimation of clean “background” concentrations in the city, in the R programming language.
• Interactive mapping of annual CO2 emissions of Los Angeles from the Hestia Fossil Fuel Data Assimilation System model, based on the R-Leaflet package.
• Spatiotemporal analysis of Los Angeles emissions, including “convolution” processing of Hestia model with output from air transport modeling (Stochastic Time-Inverted Lagrangian Transport model), using spatial analysis packages in R.
