Worked as an Electrical engineer in Suzlon engineering from May 2014 to December 2018
Currently working as an Electrical technician in Hofincons at Kosmo one from December 2018 to April 2020.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Calculation, Verification and responsible for Occupant Energy billing on every month to multiple clients. Planning and Execution of Improvement activity for energy saving.
Coordination and support for Electrical related statuary documents.
Planned, prepare the schedule and support to the vendor team for all rectification, improvement, new and additional works activity.
Coordinate and follow the vendors for annual AMC visit.
Responsible for JMS checking and coordinate with quality service for Bill certification for MEP projects and FM related works.
Coordinate and support for Digital log system implementation.
Coordinate with leasing team to provide technical data sheet, building fact sheet and occupant electricity, AC and water charges work out to clients for evaluation purpose
OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE:
As a Electrical Engineer
Operation and Maintenance of 33kV incoming and 2500kVA-6nos transformer. Working and handle with synchronizing of 1500kVA DG’s-13Nos.
Working and handle With 380Tr Air cooled chiller-6nos and 580Tr water cooled chiller-4nos. Installation, commission and troubleshooting of VFD panel.
Installation, commission and troubleshooting of HV and MV panels. Able to troubleshoot 100kVA, 120kVA and 60kVA UPS.
Able to prepare material audit, material handling to required location. Preparation of MMR for every month audit.
Preparation of Expense, documents and handing over the bill to commercial team. Responsible for MEP equipment maintenance and AMC/CAMC.
Periodical checks RO,STP and Chilled water, submits the reports to the manager. Able to handle critical shutdown activities with vendor team.
As a Safety officer
Supervising Safety activities in the Plant.
Conducting Safety Induction Training, tool box meeting.
All possible preventive steps, precautions and protective measures against any anticipated hazards.
Timely advise to site manager in all safety aspects
Ensure that adequate PPE’s as are required are made available in the Plant.
Assist the Safety manager to investigate all accident/incident.
Ensure that the basic First aid facilities and serviceability of fire extinguisher in the Plant.
Ensure that no unsafe act is performed at any site.
Legal in charge for Safety & Health and coordinating with government officials for legal compliance and approvals.
Conducting safety induction training for all new joiners’ including senior team
Maintaining & Ensuring legal requirements and documents
Preparing safety training material for various activity’s in plant
Having field and experience for Hazard identification and Risk assessment process also the master trainer for HIRA
Ensuring that the HSE Plan and supporting procedures, work instructions, etc. on site are implemented satisfactorily on a day basis.
Conduct unique auditing, inspection and regular HSE walk through programs
Preparing, reviewing JSA, Method Statements and PTW for the works and to ensure tool box talks, safety audits/inspections are done & closed
Investigates all accidents /incidents to determine root causes, prepares investigation reports and assigns corrective actions.
Compiles reports, prepares statistical and trend analysis to assess safety performance of client / Contractors to measure LTIs.
Assuring that all the involved Construction / Operations teams comply and or to implement the appropriate compliance and impact monitoring to ensure the work places comply in accordance with the international regulations & best practices such as OSHA
Conducting full investigation of accident/incident, including near missed. Determines probable causes, develops, circulates and enforces appropriate permanent prevention measures
Conducting Contractor Safety meeting and ensuring the Contractor safety as Priority
Monitoring Material safety data Sheet available for using chemicals and train to all employees and workers.
