Analyzing sale patterns of food & beverage menu items and make recommendation develop and implement system procedures to check pilferage, inventory, losses and wastages.

To formulate ways and means to up sell and achieve high revenue.

To conduct regular audits for service enhancement.

To ensure that standard time limits are set and adhered for all ala carte orders, and is always quality focused.
