I worked access control within their Data Center verifying only authorized personnel went in and out of the proper facilities. Monitored CCTVs, Lenel Systems as well while inside the facilities. Later moved into the hospital environment where I also conducted foot patrols, assisted in the Emergency Room conducting customer service as patients entered the facility. Duties also included patient control and assisting doctors and nurses with combative patients when needed talking them down from their aggression to the point that they would be willing to cooperate as instructed. Observed patients within the Emergency Rooms while on 72 Hour holds verifying they comply with doctors and patients while on holds. Worked as a security guard at a total of five Amazon Warehouses walking around making sure campus, workers, and clients within were secured and taken care of without any dangers/hazards to worry about that may put them or the building in any danger. While as a guard I worked at the truck gate checking truck drivers in and out checking BOL numbers along with PO numbers verifying they were taking the correct loads. While inside the warehouse I worked the ship docks within the shipping and receiving departments checking drivers in and again verifying their BOL and PO numbers and docking them into the proper dock doors upon verifying their loads, counting the loads to verify the correct counts being on the pallets they would be shipping and/or receiving having them sign their paperwork for the ship clerk to file once they verified their loads. Once verified and everything has been acknowledged I would inform the forklift drivers so that they could load the trailers for the drivers to deliver their loads to the customers. I then proceeded to conducting training sessions with other guards training them in guard shack as well as far as policies and procedures. Eventually then, got promoted to Supervisor where I supervised the job performance of six guards making sure they’re working up to par to the expectations of the customer. To which then got promoted once again to Account Manager testing, monitoring thirty guards and three Supervisors along with completing payroll, including scheduling and managing amongst many other responsibilities.
