Configuration and Maintenance of Cisco router and switches.

Handles and resolves Tier III Calls that are not resolved by Service Desk or Tier 1, Tier 2 Desktop Support staff. Log/ updates call data into the tracking system.

Handling Hardware & Software related issues on Desktop & Laptops

Crimping UTP cables such as cross, straight and rollover cables for systems switches and routers, Pc’s

Installing Antivirus and Updating the Antivirus, Troubleshooting the virus problem and application

Perform installation and upgrading of new network and desktop application software

Access the client user machine through remote (VNC) to rectify the issues.

Laptop makes - Apple, Sony, HP, Samsung, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, Toshiba, and Dell.

Call log coordinate with Dell Laptop & Desktop all spares.

Good knowledge of hardware implantation and software concepts.

Help Desk operations and technical support for day-to operations.

Assembling and Troubleshooting the PC's, and assembling mostly Intel, Asus, Gigabyte boards &Assembling, troubleshooting Hardware & OS related problems in systems
