Having 2 Years & 7 months of experience in executing different site activities involving RCC, Structural steel and Finishing works. Inspections with client & consultants, maintaining quality works at site, maintaining Records, Tests on construction Materials. Involves QA/QC Procedures. Quantities take-off calculations as per drawings, Bill of Quantities, Monthly Billing, Rate Analysis, Preparing BBS, and Reconciliation of Materials.

Professional Responsibilities:

Carrying out Inspections Internally and with client, Consultants, contractors & 3rd Party Inspectors.

Inspections as per Approved Drawings and Project Specifications.

Incoming Material Inspections as per Project Specifications.

Preparing required documents as per Expenditure Sheets and Location Plan, maintaining Records as per State Authorities regulations.

Preparing Material Submittals, checklists location plan as per Municipality’s specification in co- ordination with Site team.

Reviewing of IFC drawings and raise RFI

Coordinating with Sub contractors / Vendors for Submittals and Inspections.

Maintaining various activity registers.

Reviewing the drawings from subcontractors and getting approval from the consultant.

Attending Co-ordination meetings with Municipal Commissioner, 3rd party, Beneficiaries client, consultant, Authorities, Sub contractors.

Issuing defect letters as per Site observations to Subcontractors & control quality of works.

Prepared schedules for the entire project at site, prepared method statements and shop drawings based on design, IFC drawings, project specifications and requirement of the local authorities.

Checking of sub-contractors Invoices with work done BOQ.

Liaising with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and general work force on the project.

Tests:

Compressive strength tests on concrete.

Slump cone test on concrete

Initial and final setting time of cement

RCC Works, Water tank, Slabs and Walls, Waterproofing, Block work, Plastering Works, Painting, and Suspended Ceilings & Tiling Works.

Attending weekly meetings with 3rd parties (MAHADA), Attending meetings with Municipal Commissioner, Deputy Municipal Commissioner, Executive Engineer. On the topic of speed of work executing on site, defect letters to contractors.

Preparing reports on expenditure of cost of project, balance cost, an amount of work to be executed.

Preparing bills based on site inspection and defects on sites. Other activities on Project: -

Preparing check lists of work and forward it to higher authorities.

Issuing work order to individual beneficiaries.

Issuing defect letters with reference to higher authorities to sub-contractors, if work is not executing as per Design Specifications.

Sending reports to Authority that work is been carried out as per Authority Location Plan.

Checking out various test results given by contractors.

Preparing Material Submittals, checklists location plan as per Authority specification in co-ordination with Site team.

Coordinating with Sub contractors / Vendors for Submittals and Inspections.
