Since June14, 2012 to till date, working with KJS CEMENT LTD,Maihar, as Asst.Manager Operation at CPP,KJS CEMENT LTD is one of the largest cement production company in M.P,with 6000 TPD kiln and 27 MW CPP,

The plant configuration consists of:

Boiler - 120 TPH, A.F.B.C.WATER TUBE BOILER

Make - Thermax ltd.

Turbine - 1 X 27 MW Steam extraction air cooled condensing turbine.

Make - Siemens India Limited

D.C.S. - A.B.B

WTP - 10 m3/hr., (Thermax make)

Air Compressor - 3 x 13 m3/min & 2 x 9.2 m3/m.(Ingersoll Rand make)

Cooling Tower - 1x 160m3 (Paharpur make)

Generator - TDPS

CHP - 1x150 TPH, (TECPRO make)

RESPONSIBILITY:OPERATION DEPARTMENT

Experience in the field and Desk of Operation ofBoiler & Turbine, Balance of plant and Material handling.

`Well conversant with smooth process of Power plant as a Shift in-charge

Experience in Commissioning activities like Boiler, Turbine, CHP, Cooling Water Pumps and Compressors.

Boiler preparation for (lightup, hotbox up, hot light-up,) shut down, vacuum pulling, turbine rolling up to synchronization with grid. Normal Operation / Load Management and Handling of Various Emergencies during Operation of the Unit. Hands on Experience of operation of boiler, Auxiliaries & turbine through DCS system.

Responsible for commissioning of BOILER and its auxiliariesinclude drainable non drainable `hydro test, alkali boil out, chemical cleaning, boiler light up, pressure test.

Preparation of Daily, Monthly and Annual Report s of Efficiency related parameters. Shift log book check, to understand previous shift operating parameter & check process variation, necessary action take if any process variation occurred.

In shift any problem of instrument,electrical & mechanical maintenance job same problem informed to relevant department.

Proper communication with load center for uninterrupted supply of power.

Co-ordinate with various departments during breakdown / maintenance and took initiatives on modification of processes to increase production efficiency .

Active participation in Efficiency Improving Methods /Cost Reduction Techniques / Safety Activities in the Unit.

Plan resources, arrangement & allocation of resources as per the Plant requirement.

Reporting to the OPERATION MANAGER AND GM-Power Plant for work Status &schedule.

Involved in Documentation activities such as preparation of SOP, Technical Diary, Punch Points, quality related issues & safety measures.

MAINTENACE KNOWLEDGE:

Managing the functions of Maintenance troubleshooting and preventive / predictive/ breakdown maintenance of equipment.

Perform routine checkups, outage work and PM’s. Included in systems like: Air compressor, Cooling Tower, Feed Pumps, Induced Draft and Forced Draft Fans, Cooling Water Pumps, coal handling & ash handling plants.

Perform Root Cause Analysis with excellent written and oral communication skills to resolve technical problems.

Experience in field of pipe line project of mines to reservoir area.
