Involving in site Co-ordination with the MEP Contractors for the installation activities works Related to the above system.
Co-ordinating in preparing the Shop drawings with design team for the above Systems.
Preparing Material Submittal complying with the specification and getting the consultant’s approval
Preparing the method statement.
Allocating work to the technicians and monitoring the progress of work.
Regular Site inspections, Supervisions and preparing daily and weekly progress report
Taking Quantities and Procurement of materials.
Installation of the Above Systems.
Supervising and monitoring the work at site
Raising RFIT’S & MDS
Attending weekly Progress Meeting and co-ordinating with other services and with the Project Manager.
Procurement of material at site.
Preparing the monthly progress bill for the Sub-Contractor’s.
