Job Profile :- Quality Engineer

Quality Engineer- Do internal inspection at final stage after fabrication and painting according to ISO and ASTM standard or customer requirement and same have to shown to Client or Third party inspector.

Visual checking of paint, welding defects, boiler parts, valves, plugs, pressure, non-pressure parts and their rectification.

Control all the process from surface preparation to final inspection including fabrication, surface basting, painting, internal inspection, Third party or client inspection.

Perform test as per client requirement like DFT, WFT, profile gauge, blotter test, replica test, dimension, NDT methods

(VT, DPT, MPT, UT, PMI) etc.

Collaborated with regional functional teams like Project, Design, and Production & Dispatch team.

Responsible for ISO/OHSAS audit and documentation.

Maintain all the record like report, log sheet, daily progress report, NC & CAPA.

Project Handle- MHPS- Cirebon Coal Fired plant Indonesia (660MW), MHPS- Taketoyo Power Plant

Coordinate with PPC team, Store team, Maintenance team for smooth process.
