• Presently working with AQUA TECH SYSTEMS ASIA PVT LTD [Water Treatment Plant] as electrical & instrumentation supervisor for coastal energen PVT Ltd., Tuticorin Preventive & Breakdown maintenance of HT / LT Motors upto 1000kw, ACB / VCB, HT /LT Panels, switch gears, lighting systems,Hydraulic values, Different types of instruments like electromagnetic flow meters, Actuators, Allen Broadlly PLC (Rs.500 log) Modules and control systems, control valves, turbidity meter, DPT, Pressure transmitter, RTD, ORP meter, vibration sensor. Thermocouple, etc.,

• Breakdown maintenance and continuous improvement activities of electrical & instrumentation.

• Identifying & maintaining critical spare & updating records as per the audit requirements.

• Operation & Preventive & breakdown maintenance of all types of HT / LT motors upto 4350 kw, ACB, VCB, HT/ LT panels, switch gears, lighting systems (ABB, Siemens, Circuit breakers)

Achievements

• Have sufficient knowledge to solve problems in all types of numerical relays and also known about testing in siemens relay models like 7SR1104,1103 etc..

• Analysed any problem caused by HT & LT panel.

• I have sufficient knowledge to troubleshoot the problems allenbroadlly plc modules (rs logic 500)

• I have sufficient knowledge to solve all the problems in SIEMENS and ABB numerical relays & auxiliary relay in HT panel.(have done testing and commissioning in both types of relays and updated new version of softwares ofthose relays). Able to edit and change the settings in relays in critical situations and rearrange the settings as per design datas

• motor overhauling and bearing replacement done by me and our team and saved 3laks per annum.

• HT and LT transformers oil filtration work done by our team without another service companies service engineers also saved 3 laks per annum... Academic Qualification

• BE in electrical & electronic engineering in 2013 Graduated from Annamalai University

• Diploma in EEE in 2007 from Jayaraj Annapackiam CSI Polytechnic College,

• High School in 2004 from TN State Board.
