Working with Goyal Group as an Executive Assistant to MD from July 2015. The Co. manufactures Industrial Gases, Process Gases, Shielding Gases and Specialty Gases.

Job responsibilities:

Provide high level administrative support that involves preparing reports, scheduling meetings, planning business trips, managing information by the Managing Director

Support the MD in the preparation of all documentation required for key decision making as required.

Handling of confidential information which requires discretion and diplomacy.

Draft or edit correspondence including memoranda, organisational reporting and other documents.

Support by assisting with incoming calls, emails, and time requests, and prepare appropriate responses or follow-up tasks

Collect/ Collate analytical data from within the business and creating reports which would be presented to senior Management team.

Other administrative tasks and documentation including credit card reports and monthly expense reports

Coordinate travel arrangements, process monthly travel expense report.

Establish effective working relationships with the leadership team and individuals or teams to complete work assignments and ensure that critical deadlines are met and works are completed.

Renewal of Membership of various organizations.

Submission of all major financial expenses of the HO as well as branch for approval.

Worked with CIRC as an Office Secretary, an NGO which has been set up to become a knowledge driven center of excellence in the field of regulation and competition. The Institute focuses on three sub-areas, namely economic regulation, competition law & policy and commercial diplomacy.

Job responsibilities:

Provide administrative & business support to the Chief Operating Officer

Travel Arrangements - coordinating with travel agents for booking tickets, looking after the documentations

Handle secretarial responsibilities

Organize meetings, seminars, workshops and prepare documentation for the events

Handle logistics for all events and workshops
