Site Lead / Chief Engineer, Manufacturing Engineering, 2018 to 2020
Administered cross functional team of five engineering managers, leading 72 team members (FTE and SOW/LL contractors). Maintained staffing levels driving mentorship and career progression. Managed the departmental operations for equipment procurement, receipt, deployment and lean to increase efficiency with risk (internal and external) identification and mitigation.
