ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
As an Electrical Engineer, I have good experience in electrical site management, maintaining power systems of commercial, industrial and residential buildings. I always focus on the Timely and Quality finish of projects along with Monetary Profit. I have a good track record and got a plenty of appreciation in my previous projects.
WORK EXPERIENCE (4 years)
Presently working in BIG FIVE Electrical Contracting LLC, Dubai, as an Electrical Site Engineer handling 247 villa projects of Sheikh Zayed Housing Program in Ajman from August 15, 2018 to present.
Worked in MS&J Associates, Kerala, India, as an Electrical Engineer from June 2017 to March 2018.
Worked in Star Associates, Kerala, India, as an Electrical Site Engineer from October 2015 to June 2017.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
o Implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at site and reporting directly to management.
o Submission of daily site reports, inspection requests, and preparation of documents for invoice on regular basis as required.
o Monitoring material inventory and ensure the availability on site. o Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly. o Supervising contracted staff.
o Ensuring project meet agreed specifications, budgets or time scales. o Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager.
o Providing technical advice and problem solving in site. o Dealing with clients while executing or inspection of projects. o Conducting Testing and Commissioning before final inspection. PROJECTS UNDERTAKEN
