Represented Chennai Radha Engineering Works Private Limited as an Assistant Engineer-Mechanical Maintenance from 15-10-2018 to 06-03-2020 in Operation & Maintenance of Coal Handling system.

Site: Indian Oil Corporation Limited- Panipat Refinery, Haryana.

Worked as an Assistant Engineer-Mechanical Maintenance from 21.07.2017 to 14-10-2018 in Chennai Radha Engineering Works Private Limited in Operation & Maintenance of Coke Conveyor System-Delayed Coker Unit, IOCL Panipat, Haryana.

Graduate Engineer Trainee-Mechanical from 18.07.2016 to 20.07.2017 in the same organization.

Performing Preventive, Condition based, Corrective, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities in material handling equipment to increase and maintain the reliability and availability of the equipment.

Eradicating the downtime and enhancing the stoppage free operations.

Well planning and executing the maintenance activities within the stipulated time to avoid unnecessary overtime and near miss/incidents.

Maintaining documentations like checklists, monthly report, KPI (Key Performing Indicator) report, equipment history registers, inventory registers, maintenance schedules and MIS report.

Preparing Planning and execution bar charts for major maintenance activities for monitoring the time management.

Condition Monitoring in the equipment to prevent unnecessary breakdowns.

Analyzing root causes and preparing RCA reports for breakdowns.

Preparing Job safety analysis (JSA) for the maintenance activities to empower job safety. PERFORMED ACTIVITIES SUCH AS:

Maintenance in Pipe Conveyors(Steel cord belts- 2200m length, 1500mm width, 16mm thick) of capacity 825 TPH at 3.9m/s speed, conventional conveyors(Steel cord, Fabric nylon and EP belts- Oil & Fire resistant) of capacity up to 2000 TPH at 2.8m/s.

Maintenance in Travel trippers, chain conveyors (Feeder with capacity of 825 TPH- Length 5metres), reversible belt feeders and rotary breaker.

Maintenance of Stacker-Reclaimers, Coal Crushers (Ring granulator), Roller Screen and Plough unloader.

Hands on experience in Dust extraction and Dust suppression systems.

Maintenance of couplings (Geared couplings, tyre couplings, flexible pin bush couplings, duplex chain couplings and fluid couplings), bearings (line and point contact bearings), gearbox and pulleys.

Major maintenance activities such as belt replacement with hot and cold belt joints (both steel cord & fabric), hydraulic motor replacement, pulley and its lagging sheet replacement, coal crusher hammer replacement and others within the specified time and manpower.
