Synopsis
Develops and implements safety program to prevent or correct unsafe working conditions with knowledge of construction health and safety laws.

Mock ups drills and first aid training and educating about safety policies, laws, and practices.
Investigates root cause analysis to minimize accidents recurrence and prepares report findings.
Develop safety programs to minimize losses due to injuries and property damage.
Investigate accidents, injuries, or illnesses related to product usage in order to develop solutions to minimize or prevent recurrence.
Evaluate potential health hazards or damages that could occur from product misuse.
Recommend procedures for detection, prevention, and elimination of physical, chemical, or other product hazards.
Conduct research to evaluate safety levels for products.
Key Deliverables
Forefront of improving HSE assurance and integrating all aspects of health, safety, environment, social performance and security into the major capital projects.
Provide HSE assurance studies and advice to project design teams.
Development and coordination of customer or project specific HSE management systems and HSE plans.
Provision of integrated hazard and risk management support consistent with the company's policy.
Monitoring and disseminating construction expertise and best practice, e.g. through the facilitation of workshops and the provision of training.
Help managing the overall project HSE assessment process and provide specialist HSE services including input to the key deliverables.
Establish fit for purpose and cost-effective technical safety engineering solutions.
Be accountable for the quality of the deliverable both in terms of technical content, clarity and practicality of the recommendations and solutions offered.
