Review and Verification of Contractors monthly valuation of work.
Verification of Variation Orders from contract/revised documents.
Quantification & verification of Bill of Quantities.
Fully responsible for certifying contractors and supplier’s payments and preparing their payment vouchers/certificates for release of payments and Variations.
Maintain back charges account of contractors, suppliers for works carried on their behalf.
Administering and holding meetings with subcontractors to discuss or settle commercial issues.
Monitoring the progress of works in terms of quantity and cost.
Assisting the Cost Control department in producing the productivity reports and wastage reports.
