Liaising with clients for stock keeping in and out

Preparing the receiving tally sheet for storing the cargo

rearranging and taking inventory of stored material examining stored material and reporting deterioration and damage

removing material from storage and preparing it for deliveries

Prepares monthly report

Perform other duties as direct by the manager

Monitoring the Loading and unloading vehicles

Following the safety procedures in warehouse

Maintaining all equipment in warehouse

Preparing invoices and packing list for export shipments

Make sure the cargoes are palletized for export

Liaise with transport department for timely deliveries and collection of goods from clients locations
