Liaising with clients for stock keeping in and out

Preparing the receiving tally sheet for storing the cargo

rearranging and taking inventory of stored material examining stored material and reporting deterioration and damage

removing material from storage and preparing it for deliveries

Prepares monthly report

Perform other duties as direct by the manager

Monitoring the Loading and unloading vehicles

Following the safety procedures in warehouse

Maintaining all equipment in warehouse

Preparing invoices and packing list for export shipments

Make sure the cargoes are palletized for export

Liaise with transport department for timely deliveries and collection of goods from clients locations

Liaise with clients for import shipments and get the documents for track shipments

Ensure the stock of packing materials and make LPO for packing materials

Liaise with freight department for getting the quotes for exports

Set the deliveries for events and exhibition

Arrange the man power and pickups for the collection of cargo from events and exhibition areas

Supervising the packing and removal of exhibition items on site

Making inbound and outbound for the shipments

Make sure and follow the FIFO procedures

Maintaining the inventory accuracy of goods stored in warehouse

Every six month doing the stock check and preparing the report

Maintaining and strictly follow the 5s procedure in warehouse

Lead time management

Heavy lifts and projects(renovations and events)

Monitoring the receiving put away picking and packing the goods

Ensure the cargoes are kept safely in the racks as per bay load capacity
