Data design lead to move SCADA Pipeline readings from an ACCESS DB to a new SQL Server DB. I created the data model in E/R Studio and built the new DB in SQL Server Management Studio. I created 3 new forms in the ACCESS application and linked to SQL Server with ODBC.

Data lead on new Sales Opportunity application in Salesforce which is taking over from existing Seibel CRM system. Responsibilities include:

Managing the creation of Function Specification documents for 87 Migration Objects by the Functional Team.

Managing the creation of Technical Field Mapping documents for 87 Migration Objects by off-shore Development Team in India.

Deciding migration methodology for 87 Migration Objects. Tools being used are SAP LSMW, BODS/IDOC (SAP Data Services), and the S/4 HANA 1610 Migration Cockpit.

Making changes to S/4 HANA delivered Migration Cockpit Objects using the Data Modeler inside the tool for adding fields and/or creating new objects for Hershey’s Migration Objects that are not included in the delivered S/4 HANA Migration Cockpit product.

Spent two weeks in Amsterdam, NL gathering requirements and working with process teams to identify currently running interfaces.

Responsible for custom reports in the Project System module and CCS system and a user exit for reading billing rates from a custom table and changing net values on the DP90 transaction with a pricing condition. These reports accessed PRPS, COEP, AD01DLI, AD01DLIEF, VBAP, and PA0001 tables.

Responsible for the Material Master conversion. Created a custom ABAP program for converting data values into the format of the direct input program RMDATIND and custom ABAP programs for extending text data into different languages into the MM module.

Designed and programmed interfaces to send and receive delivery and shipping data with a shipping partner. This was done with RFC calls using SAPGUI RFC program startrfc.exe to connect to the SAP system and execute custom function modules which read tables LIKP, KNA1, and LIPS for delivery information and updated deliveries with transaction VL02N.

Responsible for converting customer credit information into SAP using load program RFBIDE00 and transaction FD32.

Responsible for Bill of Materials conversion using the standard SAP load program RCSBI010.

Core Module change to default a movement reason code in the ML81 transaction when configuration requires a movement reason code with a movement type. This corrected the abending of the transaction when trying to accept the service entry sheet. This work was done for Trust Joist MacMillan. Done on version 4.5B.
