I am currently working at autobus electrical as a Technician on auto electrical on buses and as the IT support for the company.
I use to work at Matrix Warehouse Computers as a senior IT Specialist / Technician and I am the workshop Manager.
I use to work at Osiris Trading where I was a PCM agent where I did online banking support for online marketing companies and did contact support.
This involves making sales doing support and reaching targets.
I have made agent of the month numerous times.
I use to work at Matrix warehouse computers before as an IT Specialist / Technician where I was promoted to the Branch Manager of East Rand Mall. I did Technical support, sales and ordering of stock, meeting sales targets.
I am looking for a job in the Technical or Sales line as my career job.
I am also interested in the motor industry I have great
Knowledge on cars mechanical and electric.
I started working at Matrix Warehouse Computers in November 2011 as my first job I finished my last matric examination that month and started working straight after that.
I started off as a workshop technician where I did repairs on hardware and software and upgrades on all computers. I also dealt with upselling and doing sales and quotations.
I then started working at a Branch in East Rand Mall where I also did Technical and Sales and after a while I got promoted as the store Manager where I had to manage stock and assist client with complaints and make sure all staff and clients are happy. I also had to ensure all our targets got reached in the workshop and on the sales floor.
In August 2016 I got offered a job at Osiris Trading I took the offer as they offered more benefits and a better salary I was a PCM Player Communications Manager where I did online banking support via live chat for online marketing companies and did contact support and help clients make transactions successfully online. This was a shift job where I worked two-morning shifts two - afternoon shifts and then two - night shifts then I would be off for 3 Days.
Unfortunately, this position I had at Osiris Trading got automated with new software after two years I was working there and I was then moved to full call center support where I had to answer calls and do live chat support on promotions and support on gaming software.
I was then looking around for a job more technical as I did not really like the call center thing that much.
I got offered A job back at Matrix Warehouse Computers in May 2016 this is my current job, as a senior IT Specialist / Technician and I am the workshop Manager I do callouts and full technical support for home and businesses where I do desktop support and networking.
I do sales and client help and support where I assist clients with anything purchased at our store or anything computer related. I also do deliveries of stock to clients if needed.
I think I am the perfect candidate for this job opportunity as a Technical Customer Service Associate as I have 6 years of experience in this line. I am great with customers and I love doing support and helping them to be satisfied with the product they purchase. And I can deal with customer face to face with complaints and ensure that they are satisfied.
