Lead Technician / Supervisor
Objective:
The position is responsible for the operation, maintenance and repair of the building equipment and facilities.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Regular:
Responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of building equipment and facilities.
Responsible for daily monitoring and reading of all the main electric meters and water meters.
Responsible for implementation of water and energy conservation of the building.
Inspects and repairs defective equipment and facilities.
Regularly checks and maintains the elevators, pumps, HVAC, generators sets, FDAS, sewer lines, etc. are all in good working condition.
Handles and entertains unit complaints.
Coordinates with the Building/Facilities Manager or Building/Facilities Engineer for instructions,
All other related tasks as required.
Occasional:
Responsible for the preventive maintenance and general cleaning of building`s equipment and facilities.
Assists contractors for equipment repairs and maintenance.
Assists tenants/ unit owner’s concerns.
Monthly water reading of unit consumption.
Responsible for the cleanliness of the electrical equipment, power centers, and other assigned areas.
Responsible for the periodic inspection of fire extinguishers.
Responsible for the retightening of switch gears and cleaning of panel
Responsible for the occasional carpentry, welding, and other repair works.
