7 Years experience in Waste water Management Industry mainly in Waste Water Treatment Plant

Wock Oliver is a Waste Water Treatment and Engineering Company, which has completed more than 1000 Waste Treatment Systems in India and 28 countries, provides customers with the latest technology of treatment systems.

Planning, organizing, directing & running optimum day to day operations to exceed customer’s satisfaction.

Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in the company.

Assigning, co-coordinating and reviewing the technical work of the running projects.

Maintaining and setting direction for operating activities related to: procurement, production, scheduling and allocation of equipment.

Ensuring the quality controls & effective utilization of manpower, machines & consumables for optimizing cost.

Setting short & long term goals for production team & conducting appraisals.

Supervising, controlling & training production assistant, supervisors & workers for evaluating their performance & to identify the required training.

Analyzing monthly reports to identify & optimize various production overhead costs & to plan on how to reduce the overhead costs.

Reconciliation of raw materials & packing materials for calculating the monthly production variance & process loss

Participating directly in the design, development and inspection of technical projects.

Based on the client demand, prepare detailed raw material plan, production plan & delivery plan.

Leading new projects in conjunction with internal engineering teams.

New project implementation and stabilization at plant level with optimum utilization of resources.

Ensuring proper communication and co-ordination among departments as well as Safety measures while working.

Minimizing the number of client complaints through taking corrective action & preventive actions basis proper Root cause analysis.

Consulting and negotiating with clients to prepare specified quotes, explaining proposals, presenting engineering reports and preparing design drawing as required by clients by using AutoCAD Software.

Having good knowledge of MS- office, outlook, email etiquette.

Client management and Strong team handling skills.

Basic Knowledge of account like GST billing, E way bill, Party wise Ledger & cash handling etc. ACADEMIC & CREDENTIALS:

Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Government Engineering College, Sundernagar (H.P) 2013.

Diploma in Production Engineering from Thiagarajar Polytechnic College, Salem (T.N) 2010.
