Responsibilities:

●Follow-up work with different Ministries.

●Receiving the faxes and circulate to the related department after scanned.

●Sending emails and faxes.

●Maintaining calendars and scheduling appointment.

●Administration work related to all the Senior Management.

Responsibilities:

●Filling work pertaining to ASEAN-India Relations

●ASEAN ML Budget & Financial Matters

●Maintaining records through filing, retrieval, retention, storage, updating and destruction.

●Recording minutes of the meetings.

●Submitting Time & Expense Reporting for Executives.

●Regular filing & faxing, required to arrange courier services, sending out mailers on behalf of the Executive.

● Political Clearance, Settlement of Bills- Tallying figures, processing it (MGC Scholarship, CII, RIS, ICCR payment etc.)

● Events-- Call confirmations

● Drafting of expenditure sanctions, tour sanctions, Screening Committee and noting.

● Keeping track on the files sent to other division for financial approval.
