WORK EXPERIENCE

Position : Lead Engineer, Motors and Drives team – Electrical Department Duration : 11 Years (from 04. June.2008 to 28. April.2020) Task and Responsibility:

Involving Tender support for Preparation of technical documentation and Concept SLD, basic calculation of Motor power, VFD sizing, Power cables and Cable glands, MV Termination kits and concept budget price providing in current market.

ITO (Inquiry to Order) support for Sales & Proposal department.

After sales, involve OTR (Order to Remit) projects and Service project for upgradation and revamping.

Involve Basic Engineering in Electrical system, especially Motors & Drives for Cement Plant in each application.

Responsibility for FEED & BASIC Engineering in Motors & Drives with Electrical system engineering of Cement plant project.

In Detail Engineering, Preparing Inquiry documents, Project agreement, offer evaluation and Technical evaluation on the respective suppliers offers

Making Technical specification for ordering motors, Converter, converters Transformer, Rotor starters and capacitor banks, Power Cables, Cables glands Termination kits for Domestic and Global suppliers.

Technically evaluate motors and drives as per our requirement and tender requirement.

Crusher, Raw mills, Coal Mills, Kiln, Coolers, Cement Mills, Conveyors, Packing & Water pump other Cement process application requirement Motors (LV & MV), VFD’s

(LV & MV) sizing calculation as per plant capacity and equipment requirement.

Capacitor bang sizing calculation for MVSR motor in Power factor correction of Motor protection.

Transformer sizing calculation for VFD motor applications.

Rotor starter sizing calculation for MVSR speed control operation.

VFD’s & Motors standardizing and structuring of each application in Cement Plant for reducing the Engineering for repetitive task and support with Proposal

Involving Project management takes for completion of Design document sand equipment delivery and support with Project manager.

Design document review and coordinating with Sales & Manufacturing department in Supplier side.

Preparing Internal & External document during project execution with Engineering document responsibility.

Make a ECN / ECR for design changes and updating for additional as per customer requirement.

Vendor and customer co-ordination with delivering of document.

Electrical Vendor documentation verification.

MV and LV cable sizing for electrical equipment’s

Preparation of Motor relay setting document.

Cable lugs and MV termination kit BOQ document preparation

Vendor drawing approval

Technical Support for Electro Mechanical items

Involving Types test and Routine test for LV & MV Motors and LV & MV drives.

Involving price negotiations and Technical matches with standard suppliers to Process machinery requirement.
