JOB DESCRIPTION

• Efficient management of production operations of Machine Shop and Assembly Shop.

• Production planning and sequencing to achieve daily production plan for optimum output and daily schedule adherence.

• Manpower and machine stages planning for Line Balancing.

• Machining and assembly process related trouble shooting, root cause analysis.

• Responsible for revenue Cost reduction through Value Analysis and consumables cost reduction initiatives for implementation.

• Rejection system implementation for Zero rejection concept.

• Interaction with all support functions and concern resolution with the help of CFT.

• Capacity improvement through Debottlenecking and Continuous Improvement.

• Drive and implement management systems and initiatives such as TPM, 5s, KAIZEN, Lean Production, SMED techniques.

• Good industrial relationship to ensure harmonious work environment and maintain good ER and develop the skill of associates.

• Ensuring system adherence under TS16949, ISO 14001 & ONSAS 18001.

• Responsible for process development and improvement in the existing process for improving the Safety, Quality, Delivery and Reducing Cost with customer satisfaction.

• Establishing Method Study and Work Measurement techniques for continuous improvement.

• Responsible for Inventory management.
