• Key Responsibilities

- Monitoring overall schedule on Primavera P6 by coordination with relevant team members, understanding and learning WBS, cost estimation and cost control.

- Coordinate with team members and other third-party resources for proper execution of project within stipulated time and budget.

- Performing risk management, maintaining proper documentation and evaluating project performance.

- Tracking of progress, costs, schedule and implementing relevant changes and maintaining Progress Measurement Sheet (PMS).

- Preparation of Daily Progress Report and Monthly Progress Report.

- Verifying invoices and documents, preparation on payment requests, preparation of Material Control Index, PO Log and Cost Priority List.

- Coordination with Logistics and Procurement for material transportation, controlling Logistics Cost, Tracking of material and vendor management.

- Solving problems occurring in material transport, reviewing export documents and coordination with Freight Forwarder.
