ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Here the job responsibility is Managing Installation, commissioning of Electrical equipments. .

1.Looking the Operations and Maintenance of cell Sites

2.Installation and Commissioning of Power Plants, PIUs, DGs and other infra equipment’s.

3.Managing and assisting electrical team to complete the scope of work within target.

4.Responsible for the maintenance of following equipment AMF Panels Electrical equipment, shelter, Airconditionor, DG sets, Battery Bank and Power panel. Installation of fire alarm equipment’s and testing.

5.AT of DG sets, LT panels, SPS,AC and PIU drives.

4G EXPERIENCE:

Performed Single Site verification (SSV) for LTE sites.

Carried out basic parameter monitoring such LTE, TDD,Ceragon

Performed LTE Throughput test on Uplink and Downlink using both FTP and HTTP servers.

Performed LTE pre and post drives.

Handover verification including intra and inter handover within defined clusters.

3G EXPERIENCE:

SSV (Single Site Verification)/cluster in which scenarios are suggested by the customer.

Auditing the site and making changes in Electrical and Mechanical tilts to improve the coverage which mainly depends on distance to the next site and average clutter heights.

Defining neighbors which are not defined are found with help of monitor list and

detected list.

Tracing cable to remove any swap present resulting in poor RSCP level near site.

Performing stationary test in each sectors with a set of scenarios suggested by the customer.

Cluster drive is done in two steps Pre-Drive and Post-Drive.

Pre Drive clarifies that no site is left with swap and neighbors well defined.

Optimizer will optimize the sites in the cluster with the data obtained in the SSV and

Pre-Drive.

Final Drive is performed then to see the results of the changes made by the optimizers to enhance the coverage and Quality.

Analysis different type of parameters for HSDPA such as CQI, No of Codes Assigned, CPICH.

Diagnosing all RF related problems in 3G such as EC/Io, call failures, HO failures, RSCP Analysis, Soft and hard handover(Inter Rat Handover), Poor BLER, Pilot Pollution.

Analyzing drive for overshooting problem and reducing pilot pollution.

SSV test (voice and video call, data test).

Sector Swap check.

Walk test to check RSCP and EC/IO indoor.

Soft and I-rat handover verification test.

2G to 3G and 3G to 2G reselection test.

Working experience in 2G, 3G Drive Test Tools and aware of survey.

Sound knowledge on windows XP, win 7, win 8&10,MS Office 2007,2010
