Worked on multiple campaigns, including Verizon wireless, DirecTv, AT&T and Verizon same day unit repair. Ensured performance and daily and monthly metrics were upheld and bettered through utilizing the Masters supervisor training program. Maintain team’s attendance and adherence metrics through continued support and buy in. Achieved white belt masters level in March of 2017, and yellow belt level in April of 2020. Assisted with the agents of shield hiring process for new experts. Participated in the supervisor apprentice program as a mentor for our up and coming experts to reach the level of supervisor. Currently working in the In-Home program and have been overseeing one of the largest US markets, Los Angeles, while still maintaining metrics and sales quotas. Have assisted in creating new policies to stand up the new program in a way that is in line with other areas of operation throughout the organization. Now utilizing my ability to present to host GLOWjos to further the knowledge and expertise of our experts across the Pacific and Mountain time zones. As an expert I learned the details of the telecommunications devices. This included but was not limited to troubleshooting issues on mobile devices to include Apple, Samsung, LG, Google, and Motorola. Repairing and troubleshooting televisions, soundbars, laptops, desktops, tablets, and additional WiFi enabled equipment. Repairing and troubleshooting DirecTv boxes, cable lines, and satellite dishes.
