Worked on multiple campaigns, including Verizon wireless, DirecTv, AT&T and Verizon same day unit repair. Ensured performance and daily and monthly metrics were upheld and bettered through utilizing the Masters supervisor training program. As an expert I learned the details of the telecommunications devices. This included but was not limited to troubleshooting issues on mobile devices to include Apple, Samsung, LG, Google, and Motorola. Repairing and troubleshooting televisions, soundbars, laptops, desktops, tablets, and additional WiFi enabled equipment. Repairing and troubleshooting DirecTv boxes, cable lines, and satellite dishes.
