MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Planning and implementation of preventive maintenance.

Carrying out preventive and breakdown maintenance for pumps, blowers, chillers, compressors, ro plants.

Procurement of spare parts, project materials using SAP

Responsibility in Safety procedures including LOTO and work permit

Maintenance of rolling mills, gear box, rollers, conveyors.

Regularly checking STC machine parameters and doing maintenance on daily basics.

Preparing shift report and maintenance report.

MATERIALS RESPONSIBILITIES:

Understanding of Akzo Nobel FLOC creating Methodology and accordingly generating FLOC.

Analyzing and extracting the Tags from P&ID and merging it in Equipment Master File.

Creating boundaries for the equipments directly associated to it and naming the FLOC.

Filling other attributes related to tags in the Equipment master file.

Assigning the level hierarchy for all the Tags.

Collecting required input documents for prepare asset register and FLOC .

Structuring the technical objects equipment (class, catalog profile, Object type).

Consolidation of FLOCs via re-labeling the tags applying standardized procedure.

Preparing LSMW SAP output load file.
