I am a young and vibrant graduate who is aspiring to uphold the company's policy in high esteem, utilize opportunities and new challenges efficiently for the progress of the company. I am also ready to be engaged in tasks that will help me develop personally and in return, create a positive impact in the development of the society at large. I am a certified Health and Safety Environment personnel (at work place and construction sites). I have completed my one year mandatory National Youth Service. While in camp, I collaborated with some Corp members with like minds and we came up with an idea to solving an environmental problem in camp which is improper waste disposal. We were able to use discarded pep bottles to make waste bin. I was also able to increase my proficiency in some professional courses such as Administrative Human Resource, Project Management, Data Analysis, among others during the Service period. I also worked as a Presiding officer in the 2019 general elections where I oversaw the activities of the polling unit I was posted to. I was able to coordinate and supervise the activities happening at the voting point. I was also able to give speech to voters on instructions to follow before and after the commencement of votes. I worked as an Assistant Supervisor at Carlcare Service Centre where I assisted the Supervisor in overseeing all activities in the service centre. I ensure the computer systems and printers are working properly. I check for latest software applications and also help install applications and antivirus. I was also given the leadership mantle to coordinate the activities of the store department. During this process, I made sure I treated everyone with equality, enabling everyone's view and ideas to be seen and heard. I was also able to bring myself low and approachable, thus, bridging any form of gap between myself and my team members. This made work a lot easier and faster. I have maintained good work ethics. I worked in various departments such as Collection point, Store, Hotline and Customer Representative (Hotline/ Counter). As a result of this, I was appointed to assist the Supervisor of the Service Centre. I worked for 1 year and 10 months and I have improved my Customer-relationship, Decision making and Presentation skills. My hard skills include; Data Analysis using Excel, Proficiency in Microsoft Application Packages and Corel Draw. I am very hardworking, resilient, dedicated, honest, punctual, adaptable and versatile. I don't give up easily on my goals. I am a Contributor, Collaborator and a Communicator.
